Eden. Dragon Quest VII.

Edit on November 13th: Dragon Quest VII for the 3DS has been announced!

Dragon Quest VII and VIII will be released outside of Japan. Yes, they will probably have the awful puns, but at least they will finally be playable in our region's consoles and in our own language(s).

Let's all be happy! Yes, even if the games will probably have the awful puns.

Dragon Quest VII's 15th anniversary is here!

Now, if we could only get news about its Nintendo 3DS version's worldwide release, the celebration would be complete.



   
   
   

Dragon Quest VII's fifteenth anniversary is approaching. Also, Mr. Horii gave us hope for the Nintendo 3DS remake coming outside of Japan. All of this is cause of celebration and I will do my part by sharing these posters about a (fake, non-existant) Dragon Quest VII movie called "Eden".

I tried to select actors who fit the characters and that could perform well. I had trouble finding the youngest ones, though, since all the actors and actresses I could think of were already older. So I had to resort to Wikipedia's lists of "actors born on 200x year" and see what I could find. Even so, I like the entire cast, and I did my best to get at least some of their likenesses (this was hard, and I think I failed more than succeeded, but still, I had fun creating these pics).

I will be uploading the rest of the posters and adding them to this journal entry, so keep checking it to see them all.

Let us hope we get the localized version of Dragon Quest VII (and that they keep the original tone of the game, without adding their unneeded and not-fitting brand of pun humor).
