Yesterday I started reading Eragon. I read 70+ pages, but that's only a tenth of the story. If I had the amount of free time I did back when I was a student, I'd finish it in no time. As it is, now I am not sure I'll finish it in time for the movie's premiere...

Good thing I found a method to read at the same time I level up my characters' classes on Dragon Warrior VII. I am building Gabo up to be a platinum king, without using that monster's soul. I'm training him from the ground. It has hard to get the dumbira, bolt rat, and dancing jewel souls, but now I got all I need. He's a golem right now, and he's already mastered andreal, so he is almost there (kind of, and comparatively).

The only way for me to finish reading Eragon on time is not to play videogames for two weeks, so I'll just stick to class leveling, which doesn't require my attention, and I won't feel like I'm betraying my Dragon Quest daily needs.

Ten things about my art:

1. I always carry a notebook and a pen, so I can draw quick sketches.


2. I can draw like 10 or 15 sketches in a short time if I am bored/ inspired.


3. I can draw and ink lineart somewhat quickly...


4. ...but coloring takes me forever, because I use a lot of different "layers" of color, even on hand-coloring.


5. I like drawing boys.


6. I like drawing boys in swimming trunks.


7. I love drawing fanart.


8. I love drawing fanart of lesser known characters.


9. I see fanart as a tribute and try to give exposure to certain events, or spotlight personalities.


10. I am obssessed with cataloguing my collections; this includes my comic books, action figures, music CDs, movies, and yes, my drawings (check this gallery to see what I mean).
