Étienne Marceaux realizes his cousin Rémy LeBeau, from the Thieves Guild, has more than one way to amaze people around him.

I really miss Gambit's first regular series, written by Fabián Nicieza.

He told interesting stories about the character, using his status as X-Man, thief and charmer, as well as his history, and building the book's own overall story at the same time it showed individual "episodes".

Newer series would just use a one-issue standard thieves story with no character development and stretch it to six issues, to fit in a trade paperback edition, while forgetting all the growth of the character in past stories and in other, current books.
