From Dragon Quest IV. Lucia is a member of the people of Heaven (tenkuujin) who fell to the world below. Injured, she couldn't find her way back to Heaven on her own, so she joined the hero's party.

Usually, regular people cannot enter Heaven, but the hero was accepted in.
