Chibi Rictor 001, alternate

Alternate version of this deviation.

This is Rictor, from X-Force.

I always thought his "jeans" were supposed to be torn and he should be showing his legs like this (jeans are supposed to be worn like that, after all), but his clothes were always colored with blue in that part.

I wonder what was the designer's intention at first.
